Kaimala Marina Newsletter November 2021
Aloha! The Holidays are just around the corner. Best wishes to you and your families and hopes that your New Year is filled with success. There have been two incidents where items were stolen on the property. One in particular was in broad daylight. Both incidents were reported to the police. Please be vigilant and lock up your valuables. The criminals are opportunists and will act if there is a chance, they think they can get away with stealing another person’s property. If you see something you wish to report, please contact our Resident Manager (808)395-6454 or call Security (808)208-4873 between 9PM and 5AM. READ MORE. Please be aware that there are small children around and safety isn’t the first thing that they are thinking about. Please observe the 5 mph speed limit while driving through the property and maintain your awareness. There have been instances where children have darted out into the parking lot without warning. Unfortunately, vehicles have been seen driving in excess of the speed limit creating a risk to children, pedestrians and pets. Please be aware of the 5 mph speed limit and safety when driving on site.
