NOAA Sanctuary -Alert

These documents outlines our opposition to the expansion of the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary as proposed in the March 2015 Draft Management Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (“NOAA”). It is our sincere hope that those reading these documents will understand our concerns and will help us by putting an urgent message out to the community regarding NOAA’s proposal. The public has not been made adequately aware of NOAA’s proposed regulations, which would affect everyone who visits Maunalua Bay.
