​As an association, we allow plantings in the lanai areas of the interior units by homeowners to personalize their units. The owner of the unit is responsible for the upkeep, trimming and watering of any tree or planting. Vines must be kept off the posts and beams, as they will rot the wood. No plant or tree shall touch any part of the building.
Our Pest Control Company recommended that all trees and plants be trimmed lower and away from the lanai trellises. This discourages insects and rodents from easily entering the 2nd floor units. This will also provide an attractive appearance to other homeowners. The root system shall also be monitored to determine its adequacy to avoid tree toppling and to avoid damage; such as to pipes and foundations. Any plantings that damage the building’s foundations and pipes will be the responsibility of that unit.

We will be seal coating sections of the driveway and parking lot during the next few weeks. You are required to remove your vehicle for the entire period of your designated section and find alternative parking in the neighborhood. We will use visitor and available parking as much as possible, but it won't accommodate everyone.
